This is Dons second CD release and it comes only three short months after the launch of his debut album Heart Strings. The compositions included on this album were written, arranged and produced entirely by instrumental music composer Don Rath Jr. The final mastering was provided by Alan Wagner of BigToeStudio in Vancouver, Washington.

Dawn of a New Day is an album that moves you in many different ways. You will experience the dark mood created in Cellic Expressions, a light-hearted emotion in Time Marches On, a feeling of love in Table for Two and the uplifting and inspirational character of Dawn of a New Day are only some of the emotions you will feel while listening to this excellent album.

Instrumentation on this CD primarily includes the use of the stringed instruments and careful placement of the musical sounds from the Woodwind family that add just the right colors and musical textures to create beautiful soundscapes that bring you joy, musical pleasure and peace.
