Program elements will include individual coaching, group assessments, quarterly team sessions as well as a variety of other development techniques that will address key leadership issues identified by PBS and GSA.

In addition to delivering superior workplaces for federal agencies, PBS is committed to developing innovative management policies, as evidenced by its investment in its leaders. Its new relationship with TalentQuest will allow the organization to track and measure progress of individual development, team development and coaching initiatives in support of these objectives.
